Wow, what can I say… Alex and her team created my stunning yellow diamond engagement ring with my now husband, designing the ring and sourcing the stone. Simply stunning! 18 months later, with very little lead time, Alex again, created my bespoke oval diamond wedding band to fit seamlessly with my engagement ring. I was blown away, firstly by its beauty, but secondly with how efficient and professional the service was from start to finish. We worked together to design my bespoke ring, and gosh, Alex more than delivered, in the very short timeframe before our special day. Thank you ever so much for creating my dream wedding ring!

We brought my engagement ring from here years ago but that's not the post today.
I really wanted to thank all the staff who I dealt with, I was able to take my father's ash ring into the store to have it tested as I had some concerns on the material (it was brought from somewhere else) and these lovely people treated me with such kindness and reassurance. They called me first thing this morning to let me know the results and again when I picked my ring up they were so so lovely. I cannot express how greaftul I am for how kind you all are.
Also my engagement ring was lovely highly recommended this place ❤️

What an amazing service ,I went in there few days ago at 16:55pm the store closes at 17:00pm.Georgina and Lynn were absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough helped me choose a couple of gifts wrapped them for me beautifully.Highly recommend this beautiful jewellery shop with amazing extras personal service .Thank you to both of you looking forward to comeback again.

Amazing selection of jewellery and great service! We walked in, unaware it was almost closing time, yet we were kindly greeted and helped by Lynne. She sat us down, listened to us and found engagement rings we liked and taught us about diamonds and designs, even wrote it out on a card! We are a younger couple, yet we were treated with great respect, care and a very welcoming approach by all. Amazing experience, extremely helpful. Would highly recommend visiting. Thank you.

Thank you so much Alex at Chatfields for the above and beyond design and delivery of the wonderful bespoke necklace designed from my late mums engagement ring. The ring had been sitting in a box, knowing I wanted to keep it for sentimental reasons but also wanting to wear it in some way. The perfect result was to work together to design it as a necklace. The service throughout was professional, personable and efficient and it was important to me to have the security of working with a reputable jewellers as well as receiving a personable and sensitive approach when dealing with an item of jewellery that has such sentimental value and Alex was brilliant throughout. There are a lot of jewellers around, every town centre has at least a handful whether they're part of a chain or an independent, you're never short of choice, however the thing that sets Chatfields apart are the wonderful staff that work in there. I bought a beautiful necklace in the summer and then went back in recently to purchase a matching bracelet. Sam who works there couldn't have been any more friendly, informative or helpful and the rest of her colleagues equally chatty and friendly. They're really good, they've got some lovely unusual pieces, competitively priced and some amazing staff, you should really go try them out and you can thank me later!

They have recently set a stone (which I had bought) into a ring (which I also already had), which they also sized, to produce a stunning bespoke piece. Bespoke work takes time so be patient and you will not be disappointed.
The service from all their staff is of the highest quality- friendly, helpful and professional.
I cannot recommend Chatfields highly enough - absolutely top notch all round.

Chatfield are my favourite jewellers. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, it is the go-to place for presents, repairs, alterations, etc.
Recently they went above and beyond to help me replicate a valued and sentimental ring that had belonged to my mother, in a very short space of time. They kept me up to date with progress and created the replica in good time. The replica is stunning, an exact copy, quite overwhelming to see and have. I cannot thank them enough. I thoroughly recommend them.

Wow! This place is amazing. Cannot rave enough about how welcoming and helpful all the staff are. I bought a lovely pair of earrings which they helped me choose from their catalogue as there was nothing in the shop that suited what I wanted. They even altered the post to fit my ear hole! No hard sell, no pressure just a lovely experience.

We are so happy with our matching wedding bands from Chatfields. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming and were especially accommodating to our two children.

The upshot was that we got a beautiful pearl pendant and swapped the chain it was on show with for another which we both adored. And the item was then beautifully gift-wrapped.
The service we received was faultless and could not have been bettered. It was an absolute delight to be treated with old-fashioned family business values where both parties to the transaction feel absolutely satisfied.
This is most certainly the first port of call for all future jewellery purchases.
