Weekend at Burlington
We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and polite.
Only gripe was ordered dinner for the evening as we're asked at breakfast and when we went down for dinner they didn't have our choices so had to have alternatives. Was looking forward to our choices but what we had was nice.

View amazing! Loved hearing the sea from bed.
Loved the large spacious room, comfortable bed. However could do with a fridge in the room.
Hotel is a bit shabby now, but still very grand. It could do with a lick of paint in the corridors. Bathroom needed a really good clean, shower tray very dirty.

Was disappointed that we had to pay for the hotel car park, bit cheeky we thought!
We ate in the bar in the evening, Food on offer very basic, but passable. Didn't opt for breakfast.
Overall pretty good and we would probably stay again, for the view alone!

Managed to upgrade my room to a sea view with a shower room which was a good size There was nothing I didn't like about the room and holiday was perfect

Nice hotel, but needed ALOT OF TLC,the receptionist was very nice and helpful upon checking in as we're rest of staff except for a one male member at breakfast who was rude to all guests at 7.25am telling us we were not allowed in the restaurant because it wasn't open till 7,30 even though the doors were open and Nice polite young lady was taking room numbers from people, he even asked 1 lady to move tables after she started eating, also the breakfast chef could learn to give a smile and some manners,I don't think they cost anything.

Room is big. Personels are great/friendly.
Need to change carpet on the floor. Lacks of drinking glass. Curtains are dusty, need to be washed 😉

Very disappointed with room . Hotel is dated . Road outside closed till August so no vehicle access. From front. Teas and coffee very good service excellent young man on bar credit to hotel. And very cheap ☕️.

Meals good and well-presented. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness of room. First impression was that the room was very clean but much more attention needed for the little things. For example the kettle - finger marks on the lid and body, lid difficult to open and close, base dirty with spilt coffee and chocolate powder. Shower needed a good clean.

Perfect location just don’t expect the Ritz
Great location, reception staff polite and helpful. Standard rooms ok but dated. Nowhere to get a coffee or cold drink in the hotel until 3pm. Would stay again due to location

We love The Burlington - it was our second stay, but this time the bathroom was a bit of a let down.
The staff at the Burlington are superb. Very helpful and friendly.
View was fantastic.
Breakfast is excellent and very good value for money.

Beds were comfortable, although we had to flip one of the mattresses as the memory foam topper attached to it was on the bottom not the top! The bathroom attached to our room was in desperate need of renewing. Even though functional, it didn't appear to be clean (although the very old, dated fittings may have been down to that). The toilet was very stained and needed a good dose of bleach!
