Lovely stay in this hotel Lovely quiet hotel in a great position. Staff are very friendly. It’s an old building so has its issues but staff are available to help.

The service was excellent, friendly staff so we cannot fault that. The room was clean and tidy, but the hotel itself is outdated, the room we stayed in does not look like the pictures online. The carpets are filthy throughout the hotel. The bathroom was tiny. It was ok for one night, anymore I would have asked for an upgrade (if it looked like the pics online) or gone elsewhere.

Night away Room was nice and location great and I like seeing other guests' dogs there too. The shower in our room hardly had much water pressure, and the towels didn't smell very nice, and there was about a mountain of dust on top of the wardrobe. And only one bedside table and no plug socket near the bed.

Do not book car through Booking.com and Eurocar Cambridge must avoid, go Hertz directly FOH team was amazing, we have received a very warm welcome and we have been guide through to the hotel car park by phone and the stay was just perfect.
Eastbourne is like my second home and since little I always wanted to stay in The Burlington Hotel which is located right opposite to the pier.
The breakfast was under par to be honest, I hope they can improve it especially they have such a historic dinner room

It was noisy in the morning due to all the work going on outside the front of the hotel and at the side.

Great hotel with fantastic staff all round. The staff click together like one big family from the Manager to the cleaner. Got to know the staff very well whilst staying here as I was looking for property to live in. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hard to find the car park even though instructions were given prior to the stay. Some parts of the hotel were very dated. Got a upgrade to a seaview room which was clean but very basic and the bathroom was grotty and the windows were in a terrible state. Have been offered a superior double room on the 3rd floor for our next visit but we are unsure when that maybe. Happy to book soon if get get a complimentary breakfast and dinner.

Old property, dated but adds to charm some what. Spacious areas in lobby and restaurant, food excellent, rooms spacious with tall ceilings, staff faultless (thank you to Liam and Sarah) very helpful and welcoming

It was not bad. Location is excellent, near to pier few step to beach, high street is 100m away. Poor house keeping. Requested house keeping to change towels, made bed n take away trash which they did poorly. It was disappointing

Clean, basic amenities, good value for money. Good value for money, very friendly check-in at reception. Parking very easy, and central location with sea view. The bedrooms aren't very soundproofed, you could hear everyone in the corridors and next door. We had a room with a sea view and the windows shook in the wind. I would recommend earplugs.
