A decent stay which reflected the very reasonable rates. Great location on the seafront
Good choice of cereals and fresh and dried fruits and nuts and natural unsweetened yoghurt which was great to see!
Good ensuite bathroom, quite new.A
good value dinners with wide range of choices.
Cooked breakfast part was predictable and some items poor quality. cheap uninteresting slliced bread.
We booked a small double room, but it was a large room with a very small double bed - maybe 4 ft .
As mentioned, a tired building, but that was OK given the price.

The hotel was lovely very dog friendly
The staff were great.
Though the bathroom could have done with good clean round shower and round toilet and sink the pipes were all green.
Also the door glass all over could have done with a clean many times in a day, very hard I know with lots of guests.
Attention to detail.
Paintwork all needs touching up.
We had a lovely time though.
Thanks

Everything I required. Bed was comfortable. Location was good (for meeting with rest of group I traveled with - they stayed elsewhere). Isn't always easy to find a single room - being single, this offers me better value for money. Sash window was rotting at bottom and not easy to open / close - so I didn't again after first night

Enjoyable relaxing break at the hotel. Location, food, room and staff all first class. Excellent sea view. No problems, but would like to see fried eggs on the breakfast menu!

Lovely stay, amazing location Amazing location, we got upgraded to a sea view room which was lovely. The beds are comfy, nice size room (standard sea view), staff were lovely and gave us a late check out for free because of a small problem with our room. Overall a lovely stay and great value for money. Nothing

Very enjoyable. Paid extra to up grade to sea view, it was brilliant it really made the 2 days there. The breakfast was delicious & staff great. Liked everything but to be a bit picky our room i.e. no 320 - behind toilet was a tissue, dust. I think possibily your cleander may need longer to clean. The bed linen was fine & bed was comfortable.

great location good communication prior to arrival, great location and parking was easy. Very welcoming staff, luggage kept in locked room until room was ready. room clean and tidy a bit dated but its what to be expected of an old building. Breakfast was a bit substantial no mushrooms and not much vegetarian choice. coffee wasn't great either
