This was a lovely hotel nice and quite room needs a bit updating but it was still lovely food was good in the evenings and a good side portion staff fess very friendly because my room lock broke so they had to find me a another room on my last night so they upgraded me to a lovely sea view room which is huge and really nice would I go there again most definitely the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star as no entertainment in the evening

Lovely stay at Burlington Hotel
The room was spacious and comfy.
We had everything we needed. The location was opposite the beach and next to the peer, but was quiet at night.
On-site parking (£6 per day) We booked a superior room, but the bathroom was far from superior!!! It was small and cramped with a shower, not a bath. However, it was clean.

Dirty floor carpet and loud noise from unsocial people playing‘music’ on the seafront outside hotel. This is not the hotel’s fault but better to stay at the back if you want peace and quiet

Great location, panoramic sea view. Good price.
Cleanliness, cups in room not cleaned, with leftover of previous clients. Dust and spider nets were found at less noticable areas. Stains at chairs at dinning room.

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. It was very convenient to have access to the private car park. The bar is modern and has a lovely view overlooking the sea front. Breakfast was lovely, with a good selection and very tasty!

Somewhat eccentric and memorable

The bed. Too small and listing. The seagulls who got into the room and trashed it. It needs some repairs and repainting.
