Ok Breakfast good and just love staying at the burlington The room 426 was cold and very draughty Friday and Sunday not a good night sleep as wind seemed to be blowing through the room very uncomfortable disturbed sleep.

We stay there every year, always enjoy it and will always be going back to stay. The sea view is beautiful. The breakfast great and plentiful. The staff are so friendly and will help you as much as possible. The bed was a little too hard for us and the large stains on the carpet in our superior room.

Another super two night stay at the Burlington,
Comfortable, quiet, etc, etc.......
Right on the front, promenade is literally across the road!
Then walk your buffet breakfast off,
The town centre is being paved/pedestrianised, when completed it will be very pleasant.

Good location good price. This is a grand old victorian hotel from bygone era. Very sad how they have fallen into such a tired state, but clearly very few people living their lives to pay for this type of setting anymore. Amazing that they manage to keep these places going, but obviously there are flaws. Very tired rooms and repairs. Dirty rusty windows......alll the usual stuff being on a seafront. Good luck to them moving forwards. Hope they keep them going.

Had a great stay here. Everything was clean. Had a decent view of the sea. The staff were nice and polite towards me at all times. Could hear noise from adjoining rooms but nothing too loud or excessive. Amazing location not too far from the pier. Would definitely consider booking here in future.

Connor at reception was lovely and was nice enough to upgrade our room to a view! The room was large and clean, bed was a bit uncomfortable but pillows and blankets were soft. I also appreciated that there was a heater and a fan in the room. To top it off the location is perfect

Don't believe all the negativity about the Burlington. Yes, it's old. Yes, it needs extensive refurbishment. But our room - a superior sea view twin - was spacious, well equipped and clean. The breakfast at £10 was excellent value. Overall, a good value option.

The location was excellent even though there was pave.ment replacement going which made it a bit noisy. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The entertainer, Andrew really made an effort to give the guests from a coach 'Turkey & Tinsel' break a good evening.. If you want luxury stay elsewhere but the Burlington is good value for money. We've stayed here three times and enjoyed it. I think the back entrance particularly needs doing up. It looks scruffy. Not a good first impression.

The location is excellent. The staff were inviting, always pleasant and helpful. Our room was comfortable and warm . We enjoyed the entertainment. I think the front and particularly the back entrance need some smartening up.

The staff are amazing and very helpful. Television, couldn't connect it with the internet. And very limited channels after 6pm.
