You get what you pay for.
Hotel is quite dated and has seen better days. But to be honest it was very cheap so you get what you pay for. The location was great. Room fairly clean. But carpets are worn, and furniture is very rickety
I asked for a filter coffee and was told that it would cost too much to make it a full pot. Although he could make an individual one..i was given filter coffee in a cup - not in a cafatier!

Good hotel
The hotel is opposite the sea and offers beautiful views. The reception staff are very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy.

Beach front hotel with some nice architecture, friendly staff, fine for one night stay
Great location on the sea front. Obviously once a grand hotel so some remaining nice architectural features. Reasonable price. Big room. Friendly staff. Fine for one night.
Breakfast was ok, cereals with fruit, bread, cakes. Cooked breakfast was traditional English or nothing, so great if you like bacon and sausage, but no vegetarian alternative such as salmon, halloumi, veg sausage. Building decor was tired

Location, staff and breakfast. Nice room. Good size. Had fun finding the room ( massive hotel) and the lift was a "fun fair" ride.
The hot water wasn't very hot in the shower. And as my visit was in February, the room wasn't warm.

The Burlington hotel Eastbourne ,is the most underated hotel in Eastbourne ,yes its a bit older and tired in places,but that is the charm of this establishment, the staff are the best in town ,i have been fortunate to have stayed at most of the hotels in

I was attending another event, the hote did want I needed it to do, shower, and sleep
It wasn’t that expensive. Easy to get to and very close to the event I was attending
