Great room. & views,
From moment i entered receiption. I was greeted with a very helpful lady sarah. My room was clean ,warm, great view.had everything you need. Extra pillows, iron/ board. Hairdryer. Had a good sleep. Bed was comfortable. Clean bedding and pillows. Love the coffee maker. Looking forward to my next stay.
I can honestly say that there was nothing i didnt like.

Very good value. The room was clean, large tv, coffee/tea/milk in the room was a welcome sight on arrival. Staff very helpful and courteous. The hotel is nearby to the pedestrian precinct which leads into the main shopping area and The Beacon Shopping Centre. Devonshire Park and the Theatre area a short walk away.

Well i stumpled across this hotel and the burlington which is massive and really goid value for 20 pounds a night was perfect and realky comfortable for my son who was visiting me here in eastbourne staff were lovely very clean would recommend it how they do it so cheap i dont k ow

It is an old building and the windows had quite a gap, letting in a cold draft, but we blocked them up and it was fine.
