Fabulous location , felt very welcome
Lovely Staff especially the girl at reception, nice atmosphere. Beautiful Building . Went to sleep to the sound of the sea waves , very relaxing

Good for what we wanted, a family reunion. Very central which was brilliant and very nice staff.
Breakfast adequate. Very basic. But staff very helpful. DO NOT like milk bottles on tables. How long have they been there.?How many people have used them? Not very efficient Jugs as needed should be provided. And what about fried eggs ? Got tired of scrambled eggs on the third day. Or poached eggs. Even kippers ? Not everyone comes on a coach and on a fixed price. But fruit is nice, but again a bit boring after 3 days. Variety as they say is the spice of life.

In need of refurbishment
So, it's on the seafront with nice public areas a good size room at a nice price. It has a decent lift. Pleasant helpful staff.
Decent value for the money. I'm afraid it's a bit rundown. In need of redecorating and new carpets etc. The room carpet was pretty grubby, though the bathroom was pretty modern and decent.

The room had a lovely view, everyone was friendly, the reception staff particularly helpful.
Sadly the room wasn't always as it could be....New towels given but used ones left in the room, water, milk etc not replenished & mugs not washed/replaced but it was very comfortable.

Friendly staff, good food. Our room was a bit disappointing.
The buffet breakfast was very good. Lots of choice.
The fresh milk was left out on the table, OK when not sunny, but some of the bottles of milk were in direct sunlight.

Hotel, Car park full one of our days, so we had to use multi storey around the corner, which we were
tipped off about if car park full. So that was fine. Hotel reception really friendly and helpful.
Really comfortable bed/mattress, fab nights sleep, very quiet also. Just felt inside stair case carpet, was very dirty and stained.
Landings unkept, cd have done with a hoover. Not the end of the world but,
that was our first impression going up to our room when we arrived.

Overall, Hotel needed some care and attention
Staff your friendly. Room service excellent and room clean.
Lift was poor, one apparently had not been working for over 2 years and the one working kept breaking down. We thought we had booked breakfast but we're told room only which we thought was too expensive on top of booking price. Hallways very shabby and wires were showing, caps had come off.

I stayed for 3 nights half board, the dinner service for the first two nights was very poor it took 1.5 to 2 hours to finish 3 courses it appeared that they were understaffed for the amount of guests dining at the same also 2 of the 3 wait staff were new and inexperienced. The last night was a lot better, possibly due to fewer guests dining at the same time.
The room was ok, but the single bed was very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was good it was a self service buffet.

Seafront location hotel is a bit dated but it is cheap & cheerful. Staff were great the room was decent & the take out pack up that I got as I was leaving early before breakfast was great

Excellent view of the promenade and seaside. I felt very relaxed after a good nights sleep and enjoyed my stay from beginning to end. Location is beyond perfect. Alberto from Venezuela is an absolute treasure and asset to your business. It was a pleasure to meet him. I rarely write reviews, however, it was the personal interaction that I want to reference here, that made this stay memorable more so than I anticipated. Thank you and I hope to return in the near future.

Very tired. Grubby carpets in hallways. 1 lift out of order for 2 years. Only 1 small lift (5persons) for 4 floors and basement. 159 rooms. Lots of elderly can’t do stairs
