Good value for money at a seafront hotel
A perfect location. Very convenient and reasonably priced car park.
Wasn't too impressed by the breakfast. There were a couple of small deficiencies in our room. We stayed for two nights only so we did not bother reporting them.

Seaview was brilliant, hotel well placed on the front. Excellent room service.
Bathroom was a bit small, bit of a problem with only one lift working especially at breakfast time. No wheelchair accessible toilets in the foyer, bar area.

Unfortunately, I need to inform you that this hotel is in need of a refresh. I can't speak for the rooms themselves, but the lobby and the entire ground floor don't quite match up to the images provided on website. However, the location and room pricing are definite pluses. The service and decor could use some improvement.

Ok but could do with renovation
Good location with nearby car park as hotel car park small and full. Room dated but clean. Fair choice at breakfast
Hotel is very tired looking and in need of some renovations. Main complaint was the heat, hotel was overbearingly hot, staff in dining room obviously suffering due to this. Made sleeping difficult

Hotel a bit tired and needs upgrading but as I am partly in the same business I am well aware of the trials and tribulations of older buildings etc. Maybe only due to that the price was perhaps slightly high. Really only decorations and general furniture and carpet upgrading. I am sure that the owners know this but are constrained by many factors.

Overall pleasant
Location was good breakfast was good choice of everything
The heating was on full blast making it hot and stuffy I had to turn off radiator and open windows , the soap dispenser in bathroom was empty.

Great location, straight onto the sea front, restaurants and bars very close , shops 10 minute walk
Great sea view room, the bed was comfortable, large spacious bedroom, bathroom also had a sea view and a bath

Run down and deteriorating further
Seaview. Spacious room.
Breakfast was not as good as previous stay 6months ago. Seeds and grain on buffet tired and out of date left a nasty after taste. No fried eggs anymore.
Heated towel rail doesn't work makes awful noise poss fire hazard. Paint peeling off walls dead insects and dust in light fitting.

The Burlington Hotel was beyond our expectations. Very clean and very well mainainted hotel. The staff was very helpfull and this hotel underwent a complete renovation. It kept it's classic and aunthentic look and the choosen new furniture was fabulous with an amazing view on the sea. Also rooms at the back of the hotel had very nice view on the parkingplace and were very cozy. The carpets were all new and all woodwork and walls looked like new. The time has stand still here but the maintaince not. The lifts were spacious. Best regards. Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Utvana from Pripjat.

Friendly helpful staff.
Good food and excellent vale for money. It would be helpful to have milk next to cereals in food buffet section for breakfast as you have to ask for milk and it is brought for you to your table.
On one occasion the food ordering system broke down and we weren’t registered for evening meal even though booked.
