Have stayed at this hotel many times but this room is just not up to standard which was very disappointing for us

Entertainment on one night. Mobility scooter didn’t fit in small lift although there was a lockable room on ground floor provided where it could be charged up. Only one lift worked.
I would have liked the mugs in the room to be changed each day, we had to rinse them out for four days running before clean ones provided.
I’m sure it’s difficult, but the windows needed cleaning.

Had a superior sea view room number 113 first floor. Very very surprised after reading negative reviews. Wonderful very big clean and airy room bed was lovely as were the towels and pillows all spotlessly clean and crisp. Bar and reception staff knowledgeable and friendly and very polite.
Also great entertainment in the evening. Parking was no problem at all plenty of spaces just behind the hotel. Will definately stay again Thankyou all at the Burlington 5 stars.

we were there monday afternoon to friday morning, enjoyed our stay, staff were great no complaints.
location and food was good. close to local attractions. left the car in the car park and used local buses. view was not what we expected.
we were put in a room at the back of the hotel looking at old buildings and the hotel car park. hotel was old and needed a paint job. it rained one time and the rain was gushing out of the gutters no doubt never been cleaned. for the price we paid not worth it. the only plus was the staff were wonderful.

Great hotel
The staff were very warm and welcoming they greeted us like old friends and made a fuss of the dog Luci. The room was comfortable and clean. I couldn't thank the staff at meal times allowing dogs into the restaurant I thought that was brilliant they have a separate seating area. My dog has a tendency to whine if she is left alone so was very thrilled she could join me and my mum at meal times. I understand this is not to all guests liking but as a dog owner it's fabulous there guests too why should they not be allowed. I do hope this policy remains as this would certainly bring me back. I wish all hotels were like this.
All the meals were fabulous at the hotel the strawberry swirl cheesecake is to die for.
Parking is on sight and for £6 a day and £10 a night for a dog. I can't complain
Keep up the good work a staff at the Burlington you are the flagship for all other hotels.

Great double room with fantastic sea view. Room was comfortable. The Burlington Hotel is in an ideal location and having a carpark is a real bonus
Breakfast was a bit of a shambles, told where to sit by one person only to be told we couldn't sit there by another. Told to go to back of restaurant where there were no cleaned tables. Also, the tea which is ready-made in flask is revolting, no fried eggs either.
