Suoer location overlooking the Pier. Great friendly staff and good food. Buffet style breakfast with lots of choice. Room spacious and very comfortable. Only negative couldn't open windows for fresh sea air.

The room we had was nice with a lovely view. However it was upgraded room on top of £265 we have already paid. Clean room and comfortable bed. Overall nice but still overpriced for what it is.
24h reception is a simply a lie. We couldn't get back into the hotel at night after celebrating my partner birthday. Someone opened the door after almost 1h waiting in a cold outside. Breakfast so so, very basic with awful 'coffee'.

We didn't stay here but spent an evening in the bar restaurant the food was excellent and bar man kept everyone entertained I think the barman made the evening

Wonderful location for my two night stay. I had a single room that had everything I wanted and was just the job.It was clean the bed very comfortable the bathroom was good. All the staff I came into contact with were pleasant and helpful. For the price I paid I was very happy.

The positives: The staff are excellent (I would give them 10 stars if possible). They are friendly, helpful, and always smiley. A great bunch of people. The room was clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and had a sea view. The en-suite was clean and the hot water was hot. Overall we very much enjoyed this hotel.
The negatives: We were opposite the lifts which have a wooden outer door which must be closed before the lift will operate and it BANGS shut - with people coming and going throughout the night.... The bedroom doors also BANG shut. So don't try to get an early night! Both theses problems could be cheaply eliminated, without affecting their proper operation, by sticking an adhesive foam pad top and bottom of the doors' closing faces. And the noise from the entertainment pulsates through the hotel until after midnight.... (Sorry to winge, but there is no point in saying everything was rosy!)

Situated at the seafront you can have a walk at the coast or through the city. Nothing to complain about. We'll definately come back!

I went for a one night stay on a coach trip. Nice hotel and staff but 3 course food menu for our coach party was aweful. It was very basic, the food looked like it had been sitting on a hot plate and looked dry up. I didn't even order from the menu and I walked out and went elsewhere. Breakfast was good though.

Had a great 3 nights. Lovely helpful staff. Couple of problems, sorted quickly. Buffet breakfast kept us going all day. Great location.

Stayed here with the wife for our 35th wedding anniversary, the staff were superb, friendly and helpful, we had an upgrade to a superior room, which was fantastic, would definitely recommend staying here and the wife and I will be visiting again.

very impressive looking from the outside. We had a refurbished sea view room. The lifts are interesting. Car parking £6 a day. Staff shortages and bar upgrade made things a little difficult. Excellent breakfast and very attentive staff. Evening entertainment.

A lovely weekend spent here. A bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable and lovely staff. Food was good and enjoyed the evening entertainment. Enjoyed so much that going back again in June 22. It is lovely and central to everything.
