Eastbourne short stay
It was an old fashioned building that had been there many a year, but I found it very hospitable, friendly and welcoming
Only thing I would say was negative was the size of the lift, you could barely fit 4 people in and considering the size of the place needs to be looked at

The room was very basic and the building is a bit run down, the shower had very little pressure. however for what we paid it was absolutely fine. the view was to the rear of the hotel, but that was fine we were not spending lots of time in the room.
the food was very good, the bar prices were very good, the staff were friendly and helpful. we would stay again but would pay a bit more for a better room.

The receptionist was pretty amazing very helpful lady I understand she used to work in the restaurant left but came back to work at reception. She has it all to make you feel warm and she was very welcoming a true leader people like her are hard to find

receptionist who called at 10.15am to say we were late checking out even though the night before we had arranged to check out at 11am.

Comfortable bed Issue getting in and out of shower in bath, too close to toilet. If you were less able than we were it was difficult as shower screen was fixed.

Had a good stay, would return
Location perfect, offered upgrade on room but heating wasn’t working in room 🥲 still had 3 choices of room all seafront. Price really good with breakfast. Enjoyed our stay ,everyone very helpful

A 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff. The paint is peeling but so what? The breakfast was awesome. The atmosphere was really friendly. I would definitely stay there again. My 9yr old said it was perfect.
