Had a car park, but there was no indication if it was free or paid, until I got to the hotel. It was convenient location to both seafront and town centre. Some of the staff were friendly

The breakfast was delicious! All the staff were extremely helpful. The location was great overlooking the sea and near all amenities.The pier was just over the road. Great cafes bars and great restaurants just round the corner. The hotel was very clean.but old, but I think they have a plan.Our room was at the back with a brand new bathroom. It had everything you could want. Beds were comfy. Liked it, although next time we might book a sea view. Having said that we were only in the room to sleep.Overall fantastic and we had a lovely four might stay. Thank you all.xx

Dated, cleanish, parking was difficult
We just had room, very very dated hotel. Room was clean enough and staff were friendly. Believe what we paid was cheaper than say peak season. Windows rattled bad. Defo not worth over £80-£90 per night IMO room was relatively clean, hall ways looked glum, parking expensive if can’t get on hotel car park
There wasn’t one particular thing that we didn’t like, was just dated and basic.

30th March till 2nd April we stayed at the Hotel, the rooms are lovely and we found the staff very accommodating. We enjoyed the Buffett breakfast and there was a menu to choose from for the evening meal, the the food was restaurant quality and very good. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for August 10/10 for a holiday away many thanks.

Great Easter stay at The Burlington Hotel
The staff are all helpful and friendly and efficient.
The location is excellent and right opposite the seafront and only 10 minutes walk to the station and shops.
Lovely choice at breakfast, the cooked breakfast was buffet with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, plum tin tomatoes and baked beans. Also had toast with jam or marmalade. Croissants and fresh fruit with yoghurt. Also choice of cereals. Nothing everything was great. The breakfast was excellent.

I was unaware until I arrived at the hotel that there is a charge for parking. I expected it to be free as the car park belongs to the hotel.

We had a lovely seaside stay as a family at The Burlington. Having decided to pay a little extra for the sea view rooms we were very happy with a superb view of the pier from each. All three rooms were very clean and comfortable. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was a great buffet with a really good range of food making it great value for money. We had a wonderful stay and are planning to book again soon. Thank you very much!
