Great weekend The location is great next to the pier The lifts out of order and it was difficult for people with disabilities getting up and down the stairs. It's a great hotel. But its looking tired and inside and out it needs upgrading.

Generally met expectations Good central seafront location
Excellent buffet style breakfast
Room seemed to have been refurbished recently
Possibly the smallest shower cubicle made in what was a large bathroom

Ideal for a short break. Great location. Good choice of breakfast. Polite staff. Comfortable bed, although this was with an upgrade to Superior Double with sea view. Terrible creaking floor in bedroom. Tiny lift, when working.

Central location. Nice, helpful staff. Lifts were broken all over the long weekend so everyone had to carry cases etc up several flights of quite narrow stairs

If your looking for a good honest hotel with great friendly staff near to the pier this is it.
Is it perfect No.
But a dog 🐕 friendly hotel with great parking for £60 a night. This is a great hotel.
If you want 5* perfection, go pay £300 per night in Brighton.
But if you want a honest decent hotel that loves YOUR dog near the pier for a little as this hotel charges.
You will not go wrong.
I will come back

Fabulous All the staff at the Burlington hotel are absolutely amazing.
Nothing was too much, thank you all, Hirsty & Mumma bear xxxxxxxx
Would be nice if there was a disabled toilet as my mum can not go down the stairs,so had to go up to her room each time she needed the toilet

A pleasant, well situated hotel with good breakfast and comfortable beds, but bedrooms rather dated. Location was ideal, and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the dining room is large and welcoming. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. The bedrooms are looking rather dated and could do with fresh paint and new carpets.

Didn't had hot water in shower, not even warm. And wasn't clean enough, stuff from previous custumers was in drawers. But apart of that - location was just amazing.

It’s a no frills hotel, spotlessly clean though the jewel in the crown has to be the staff team. Totally honest and approachable, THANKYOU Sarah, Shelby, and Dovella for your exceptional customer service, and I will be returning hopefully in the winter months, very well deserved 5 star to all of you 😊

Satisfactory but could do more The convenience to seafront and stores and breakfast The decor is a bit dated. Key operated rooms ratger than card and bathroom.a little dated with vinyl flooring could do with a little TLC. Corridor lezding up to bedrooms were warm.and needs to turn ofg heating. Lifts not working and not attended to quickly to repair.

On the seafront near pier. Could do with double glazing to reduce traffic noise. Lifts a bit small when working.

Lovely staff, amazing view but hotel very very outdated, grubby and overpriced View was amazing from room! Room was huge though the tv you could have used binoculars to see from bed it was so far away!!
Staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good and the bacon in particular was excellent!
Very very dated. Windows were practically rotten through, painted tight shut so unable to open. Would be miserable in summer with sun streaming in (south facing) we nearly melted in the short time we were in there! Nasty stains on carpet and curtain lining torn. Water temp was tepid.
Out side was extremely shabby with rotten windows, shrubs growing out of down pipes and gutters.
Staff were lovely but this extremely dated and over priced!

Good all round weekend. Arrived early and parked in the Burlington carpark, registered car at reception for reasonable charge. Staff were very helpful and approachable, as they were all weekend.
Our room was to the side, but had a sea view. It had all we required for the weekend, clean and comfortable. We included breakfast with our stay, it was very good, quality and choice.
Came back after aday out, found there to be entertainment in bar. Few drinks and music finished the day off .
Found where ever we went in hotel to be clean and relaxing.
As with these large seaside hotels, they take a lot of upkeep. It a shame to the wear and tear, but still a lovely place.

I have had such a lovely stay at the Burlington Hotel in Eastbourne. The receptionist, Shelby was absolutely wonderful — so warm, welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. She genuinely made my stay extra special. Thank you for such lovely hospitality. I will remember it fondly! Cheryl
