Location was perfect for a seaside stroll and heading to South Downs national park the next day. The hotel is obviously old but our room was nice and spacious, which was ideal

The location made it for me. As I was out and about I only used the hotel to sleep and didn't get the opportunity to use the bar and restaurant. The hotel is a bit dated but was pretty much as I expected.

Overall very enjoyable. A lovely room. There was a problem in the blue bar. No beer or lager on draught during our stay. We ordered a bar meal when it came it wasnt what we ordered. It was changed of course clearly the barman had not fed it into computer properly.

Disappointing Ok good choice Did not like that there was no lock on the bathroom door only a hole where it should have been didn’t close properly. lifts were not reliable and small one was out of order. No eggs available which was part of the bar meal.

Stay at the Burlington NOT OYO Marine parade. I had fully paid my accommodation at OYO but they canceled my reservation. They said it was there fault and gave me a refund which I am still waiting to receive from Bookings.com
The Burlinton took me in, every one was exceptionally nice to me.
I know what it feels like to be homeless, OYO locked me out of my fully paid for room.
They were great at the Burlington, thank you to all the very nice staff.

Done the job. Central location. Stayed here just one night to do Eastbourne triathlon the next day. Managed to check in half an hour early which was helpful. Perfect central location and had a car park for £6 a day (first come first served…. About 40 car spaces roughly?)
Friendly check in staff. Shower was powerful and water was hot. Room a decent size
The hotel is looking a bit tired in general. Floorboards a bit creaky in my room. You get what you pay for. It fitted my needs. Def not a luxury hotel tho.

A very pleasant 2 night stay in a great location. Location perfect, probably the best in Eastbourne. All staff we encountered were friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was good. Our room was spacious with a great view of the pier and coastline. Naturally for an older hotel somewhere things were tired and worn. The floorboards were uneven and noisy, the windows were in poor condition.
