A hotel way past its best.
Location is great and parking is £6 per 24 hours.
Rooms were really hot which meant it was hard to sleep so we had to use the fan which was loud to sleep with. No win situation.

I have been going to the hotel for years sadly it has gone downhill entertaining and food guality

This place could be amazing. The hotel is old and run down. In dire need of TLC. The owners should really invest in this place. However, the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful and made the stay better for us. They went out of their way to talk to us at breakfast and were polite throughout. The male receptionist was really nice, he changed my room when I wasn't happy to a much nicer one. I can't fault the staff, and i take my hat off to them for making the best out of what they have to work with. 10/10 for the staff team.. They deserve a raise...

Had a car park, but there was no indication if it was free or paid, until I got to the hotel. It was convenient location to both seafront and town centre. Some of the staff were friendly

The breakfast was delicious! All the staff were extremely helpful. The location was great overlooking the sea and near all amenities.The pier was just over the road. Great cafes bars and great restaurants just round the corner. The hotel was very clean.but old, but I think they have a plan.Our room was at the back with a brand new bathroom. It had everything you could want. Beds were comfy. Liked it, although next time we might book a sea view. Having said that we were only in the room to sleep.Overall fantastic and we had a lovely four might stay. Thank you all.xx

Dated, cleanish, parking was difficult
We just had room, very very dated hotel. Room was clean enough and staff were friendly. Believe what we paid was cheaper than say peak season. Windows rattled bad. Defo not worth over £80-£90 per night IMO room was relatively clean, hall ways looked glum, parking expensive if can’t get on hotel car park
There wasn’t one particular thing that we didn’t like, was just dated and basic.
