Perfect location, gorgeous hotel and excellent staff.
From our arrival at the Burlington everything was perfect. Beautiful location right on the sea front. Your staff are exceptional everyone was really friendly. The room was beautiful. The breakfast spot on best scrambled eggs ive had in a long while. We got upgraded to an even better room which wasn't expected but was really lovely. You have a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff would definitely recommend your hotel to any one visiting Eastbourne.

Perfect
Fab hotel stayed two nites & all was perfect comfortable room so clean !! Fab staff, Fab breakfast !!! Being right on the beach front you couldn't ask for anything else and so close as in right in walking distance to the town centre !! Perfect the Burlington Hotel is now our No 1 go to hotel for staying in Eastborne !!

The hotel is dated but we expected that after looking into how old the hotel actually was. The decor is nice, they have some fantastic photos of the local area.
They had entertainment that wasn't really our taste but worked well for the hotel and the other guest.
The staff were very welcoming, they were very helpful. The bar staff were great, especially the lady who seemed like she might be in charge of the bar. We didn't eat at the hotel but could smell breakfast and we were a little jealous.
The staff were very accommodating when our travel plans were cancelled and we had to stay another night, we didn't stay in the same room (our first one had an amazing veiw) but the second room was lovely too. The beds are comfortable, the rooms were clean and we couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent location and facilities at a reasonable price
The hotel upgraded us to a sea view free of charge. The staff at the hotel were excellent, especially the Reception staff. Very professional and friendly and very helpful. The inside of the hotel was nice and modern

Weekend stay
The room was very clean and comfortable. Food excellent, special shout out to Lewis and Trevor for their care and attention.
Also to Noelle who was so lovely, and amazing treatment in the spa The room was very warm. Now I like my heat but it was very warm, even when I opened the window.
It was a bit of a surprise the spa was actually a different building to the hotel.

Lift too small, bathroom I had in a superior room was too narrow , it was cold , no hairdryer and the coffee machine needed a good clean or maybe a new one in there

Easy to find parking, great location and good sized rooms.
The single room is bigger than normal standard, nice desk and chair with shower and additional heater provided. Wifi easy to login and good signal. Nothing to complain about really.

It was the friendlies hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff and service was amazing. Food was good and we weren't taken on with the price of drinks.
Our room was very basic as we had a standard room. It was tired but clean and beds were fairly decent. Great to be able to park our car . We enjoyed it that much we have booked 7 nights in August in one of the best rooms with a sea view. All in all we had a relaxing, enjoyable break thank to the amazing staff x

Second stay within 5 days! Quiet, comfortable with great views of sea and pier.
Due to unforseen circumstances there was no heating in the room, but a member of staff helpfully brought in radiator

In need of some restoration, but ok for a short stay

Breakfast was excellent. Good quality, plenty of choice, and the staff were very friendly, Room was dated. We stayed in a family room with the single bed being situated in a separate room which our young son found unsettling as the room was noisy.
One window was quite broken with blocks of wood on the outside holding the frame in place. It was cold and at night as this was letting in a terrible draft.
No heating working in the room.
Wardrobe door was broken.
Bathroom was dirty around the shower and carpets needed a good hoover.
