Enjoyable 3nights stay.
Great location, had enjoyed the hotelās facilities- nice lobby , ballroom entertainment on the nights we were there , beautiful sea view room with tea,coffee & biscuits. Itās around the corner from Terminus Rd. where restaurants,shops and easy walk to the town center & train station is located. We enjoyed dinners at Italian Gianni restaurant nearby . Loved the Spaghetti Bolognese !
The hotel is a beautiful grade 2 listed, old & faded but hope she remains in Eastbourne. Reasonable rates .I find the staff hard working & pleasant too.

We had lovely couple days away, we had Breakfast and Dinner at the Hotel, the staff were very helpful, Even when I locked my self out the room, they couldnāt be accommodating enough, the evening entertainment was good, Bar Staff and lunch menu was cooked to perfection,
We had a sea view room and the hotel is definitely value for the money x The room could do with more plug points - thatās minor issue, we only had two.

A pleasant stay overall and a perfect base to go out and explore Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.
The TV was a good size, both the bedding and bathroom were clean, fan came in handy as room got quite stuffy, sea view was lovely, the lift was quick and very reliable, plenty of tea and coffee facilities. Car park had a space each time we needed one and Ā£6 a night was reasonable.
Bed mattress was quite uncomfortable, pillows were as flat as pancakes but (the wonderful and very helpful) reception gladly provided us with extra. Window rattled in the wind so needed to stick some card into the groove to stop this.
