Perfect location with a great view. The views were incredible. The size of the room was very good. Floor boards were very noisy.

Excellent staff, Great hotel & Great location The staff were incredibly helpful & understanding in supporting my partner & I with his parents assessable & health requirements whilst we stayed there.

The hotel is in a fantastic location on the seafront.

There is a small car park at the back of the hotel which is on a first come first serve basis.

The Burlington hotel needs a little bit of TLC but it was clean and a nice hot shower. A good choice at breakfast and it was impressive. Had the 3 course menu for £20 - tasty and value for money. Big shout out to the serving staff especially Louis for making us laugh !!

Central but needs a little TLC Central location. Good parking. Sea view room Windows probably the ones fitted when hotel first built therefore no block on outside noise. Floor boards out side room squeaky so all night you could here people coming back to their room

A great town let down by a rundown hotel. Breakfast was very good, beds were comfortable, hot water was good, staff very pleasant. Not enough pressure in the shower, fire alarms sounded at 3AM and again at 0545 AM, and again the following day, i spoke to the manager Mr Chris Meadows who said at first someone had been smoking in the room but then said there was a fault in the alarm system which i found a bit strange as it had sounded the day before also.Mr Meadows was a bit off hand when i said we had lost nearly a nights sleep, no apology was given.

Once again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning next month. Loo with a view. Very much enjoyed sitting down and watching the tide come in. Very impressed with the ‘Royal Suite’.
Breakfast - All the essentials for a good English Breakfast in pleasant surroundings.

Friendly staff on reception The curtain in our room did not close properly, it was broken and not on the curtain track. This meant we woke at daylight, and had very poor sleep.

I liked everything. Location, sea view, comfort, breakfast. It is a pity that at that moment there was no flowerbed in f The location is really great. The room corresponded to the photos on the website. Cozy and comfortable room. It is a pity that the windows did not open. The sea view is wonderful!

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious and had a lovely sea view. The breakfast was self service and whilst the choice wasn't huge what we had was very good Could have done without the fire alarm going off at 3am and 6am but realise that was out of the hotels control
