Reasonable for price. Good breakfast, with plenty of choice. Good service.
Parking a bit hit and miss, but not overly expensive for a seafront position.

Lovely position right on the front, but very dated, something's things like the lifts were a novelty. Staff friendly although some were obviously new 2 their job

Right on the seafront, nice bar well priced and a great atmosphere. Only problem was our room was next to the lift so we could here them all morning and evening. Staff were very friendly and entertainment was good fun.

Right on the sea front practically opposite the pier so great view. Room was spacious but nothing fancy. Strange sloping floor! Very limited restaurant menu but food was on the table in minutes!

Nice hotel but the rooms are in need of a refurbishment. OK for a one night stay but not sure I would want to stay for any longer. Great location.

Decided to go away for half term as the weather was nice and ended up booking a hotel in Eastbourne as we were on a budget and you can always get hotels for cheap in this town, which is great as there is loads to see and do in this area.

We'd never stayed at the Burlington before but it seemed like a good hotel for the price, especially as it was right opposite the pier and just round the corner from the main high street. We actually got 2 nights here for less than the price of hotels in nearby locations like Hastings and Brighton!

Our initial impressions were excellent, it wan an imposing Victorian hotel right on the seafront and we were able to park right outside. We were checked in quickly by a very friendly member of staff and went up to our room. Again we were impressed, the room was huge and had everything you could need - table and chairs, hairdryer, drawers and wardrobe, desk, several mirrors, big bed with double pillows, bedside tables etc. The only minus was the shower, which was over the bath and connected to the taps, so not very powerful, but we coped ok.

We had booked breakfast and cannot fault that at all, in fact it was excellent. The staff greeted us in the huge and very stylish restaurant and couldn't do enough for us - even pouring tea/coffee, getting milk and juice for us etc. There was a good range of food, it was all very fresh, warm and ultimately tasty. Definitely the best value for money buffet breakfast I have had in a hotel.

The hotel was still being painted and refurbished while we were here but it didn't inconvenience us and the parts they had done, like our room and the main bar, had been done very tastefully indeed.

We would definitely stay here again, we had a really pleasant and enjoyable stay.

So good I paid £120 for Mon(3pm checkin)-Fri(10am checkout). That’s £20 a night.
Room was clean, had balcony, working tv, lamps, fan, portable heater and all other necessities.
Location literally couldn’t be any better for Eastbourne.
Surprisingly quiet too. I saw reviews about party goers at night but that wasn’t really a thing. Pretty much silent from 1am
During my stay I noticed painters and redecoraters on corridors that were getting done over.

Im broke so always look for good deals but I’m truly blown away by this find.
Staff super helpful and all really nice and sweet
If you’re solo traveller unless you want lux you HAVE to choose this

This hotel is fine if you want to spend a night or 2 but not for a fancy / special occasion. It is extremely dated and all the rooms appear to need a freshen up. Basically money needs to be spent. But for a Saturday night twin room for £49 I can't really complain!

The beds appeared clean. The room was spacious. But the bathroom felt grubby the window opened onto some outdoor fire escape sort of stairs which made me feel uncomfortable leaving them.open at night anyone could climb in!!!

There's basic hotel tea making facilities nothing special. Like I say perfectly fine for a quick getaway but nothing fancy. Oh but the location is spot on.

The lifts are small. One barely fits one person not good if u r clostrophpbic

Our room was comfortable although is in need of a paint job. The only food we had was breakfast and one bar meal. All of this was very good. Found the staff to be very helpful. We only use the hotel as a place to sleep and for breakfast and found it very satisfactory.

We were greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist, when we checked in.
The room is basic, ensuite with a coffee machine, though has a lovely view of the seafront. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived and the ensuite was also spotlessly clean. The decoration is looking a little bit tired in places; though in fairness this is probably due to previous users not being respectful. However, it does looks like some redecoration has already started in some parts of the hotel.
