Great room. We requested room number that we have stayed before with Sea views. Lovely white bedding and towels. Very generous hospitality tray good choice breakfast. Friendly staff. Our go to Hotel in Eastbourne.

Nice location
Overall the hotel is basic. Everywhere you walk the floorboards squeaks and hear all that from your room, dogs barking and unfortunately add to it the inconsiderate people after midnight speaking loud.

Great location, sea view and close to pier. Food was good.
Room is clean with all facilities. Since close to beach and busy road, hear road noise but not too much concern. Few items needs update especially shower hose.
