It was bloody cold no heating boiler problems need blanket in restaurant and everywhere 😫 told by people that it's been playing up for a month ho so good to warm at last. Paid good money for that. Never again

I am astounded this place has won best in Eastbourne. Spent time there over a weekend in October 2022 and ended up getting refunded. Disgusting room, ran out of a main dish half an hour into evening service. Would NEVER go there again

Lovely position right on the front, but very dated, something's things like the lifts were a novelty. Staff friendly although some were obviously new 2 their job

Rooms were a great price. Excellent location. Food was great and the staff were amazing and friendly. Good packed lunch available. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back at some point in the future.

Right on the seafront, nice bar well priced and a great atmosphere. Only problem was our room was next to the lift so we could here them all morning and evening. Staff were very friendly and entertainment was good fun.
