We have stayed there several times now.it is ideal for staying close to all the amenities. The hotel is aways welcoming. Like all places to stay by the sea it has its problems.The staff are aways friendly. For value it cannot be beaten.

I like the atmosphere in the Burlington. Staff are lovely. The price is reasonable. The bedrooms are no frills but mostly very comfortable and clean.
I found the bathroom in room 130 a bit difficult. It's so narrow moving around was not easy. However, not so bad as to be unusable. More like a bit inconvenient.
The curtains in the bedroom need to be looked at. I could not close them.

Large room. Good value for money. Hotel is rather tired and shabby. The room was very clean except for the windows and the blind in the toilet. Both needed replacing. However very good for the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was very nice. Child friendly. We was pleased to come back to the hotel to see some entertainment with people singing and dancing made our night. Cheap parking in the carpark and on street parking was very cheap

We just got back from a lovely mini break, the staff were great, friendly and helpful, really enjoyed the breakfast and was great value for money as a room add on, our bathroom wasn't well laid out and was tight in places but the room was lovely anyway, it is right by the pier so was close to everything, we will be back.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area and has a great view. However I believe it to be overpriced for the amenities offered and quality of the hotel. Somewhat run down, a little dirty and minimal facilities. Breakfast was tiny and had minimal options however was tasty from what I had. The staff were pleasant, kind and friendly.

Comfortable and very convenient
Room was excellent, clean and welcoming. We could see the sea, just across the road. The breakfast was extremely good, variety, quantity and hot. I’m coeliac and require gluten free. This was catered for and kept well away from the gluten containing food

Driven past this hotel for years and from the outside looks a little shabby, past its prime I’d guess. But great value, room was fair size for a single. First time I’ve seen a single bed in the middle of the room. Thought I was definitely going to fall out during the night. But successfully didn’t. Staff are top notch and food was excellent. Definitely would stay again
