Perfect place for a break away. Never heard of this hotel but absolutely loved it! Such a gentleman that works at the front desk (wished I got his name) but he helped me with my bags to and from the car as I am pregnant and they was heavy bags. Thank you for much for the lovely stay and I will definitely be back soon.

Don't expect a lush hotel but a lovely hotel with character ...its your 1970s/80s hotel ..and that suits me ...Nice to be in a retro world . Staff are brilliant ....Louis was great at breakfast looking after our dog as well as us ..such a nice guy...the woman opposite us wanted to take him home . The other guy at breakfast was great tho he's name I've forgotten . Room was clean with clean bed and towels ...its more than sufficient for us all .
Good entertainment with Andrew on Saturday night as well .
U can't knock this place for the price ...and if u like retro you will appreciate the burlington .
Been here about 7 times now be 8 soon .cheers guys.

Great trip As always love the food, bars, staff etc..
Loved the Christmas decor !
Was disappointed I couldn't get a drink of water or coffee til 12 so had to go to local shops
Would be good to have a vending machine or small stash to purchase at reception?

Cheap night and amazing location. Friendly staff I didn’t feel clean in the room - the carpet didn’t seem hoovered, the bath was run down, the walls had damp

My husband spent the whole 3 days at Eastbourne Hospital with a stroke. I was able to extend my stay an extra night by p View, bed, meals & staff. Smaller room than previous visit. Water pressure in shower.
Room tired & stains on carpet.

Our one night stay at the Burlington was very comfortable, I was sceptical given the low price paid for the twin room, but it was functional and had everything we needed.
The staff were friendly and efficient, the breakfast buffet very good.

A great value for money hotel as long as your expectations are in line with the price paid. The staff were lovely, the room was clean and warm. The hotel is dated and a little run down but a great seafront location with good access to the town. I would stay again. Thank you.

Value for money and a great view Very close to seafront and the town Would have liked an extra pillow. Also, floors very creaky and we could hear people above us

Lovely, decent value hotel on the seafront with easy access to Eastbourne high street and surrounding towns/areas. Lovely sea view, lots of parking available. Good amount of space in the room and overall a well presented hotel. Seemingly slanted room and creaky floors throughout. Windows rattled when left open whilst too hot to have closed at times.

I found this lovely ageing hotel to be everything that is great and worth the money 'every day of the week'!
It is a stately reminder of an era long gone in the hustle and bustle of todays' world. My wife and I found it to be comfortable, warm, friendly and relaxing, and we will certainly return there soon.
