Very dog friendly and one of the best dog friendly hotels we have stayed in
Allowing people to smoke outside the front door with no bin for their dog ends. This is not necessarily the hotels fault it is the people who just throw their rubbish on the floor.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, Liam was fantastic and welcoming when we checked in Only a couple of things that some people might have picked up on, a hole in one of the towels and marks on the ceiling. We weren’t bothered at all though.

The first room we were given had not been upgraded in a long time. The mattress was filthy and stained with no mattress protector, and there was mould on the window frames and tiles over bath.

4 day birthday treat
Friendly staff on arrival explained very clearly where lifts or stairs were,gave breakfast and evening meals times...our sink had a broken plug this was sorted ASAP 👍

Staff are friendly and for a large hotel it’s very quiet of an evening.
Not safe to cross straight to beach. Not the hotels fault though. Local council are taking longer to fix the walkway.

We Stayed at this hotel towards the end of February for 3 nights, yes it was a little tired in places but we found it clean & comfortable, we enjoyed our breakfasts & found them great value for money & very appetizing, with a good choice of hot & cold food.
The Staff were all friendly & helpful, especially the reception staff, we would definitely return again if in the area.

Booking a beauty in Eastbourne last minute
It's very aged and shows it inside and out keeping its style along with other predominant hotels amongst the modern designs and competition.
If you are into spooky resident stays like myself this is definitely 1 to go for along with the Cavendish for sure and the Carlton.
My children and I will be staying regularly until we have a home secured so checking how child friendly they are is important to me. Only being able to stay 1 night but will be back I'm sure.
