I’ve recently signed up to Jon’s On Demand programme and I’m loving it! I had my son 7 months ago and was itching to get back to some ‘me time’ and was struggling to get to the gym or classes around his naps and feeding schedule. The On Demand programme has been a game changer. When time is tight I can do a quick 15 min workout or if I have a bit more time then can try a 30 min one. There’s also quite a few workouts on there that can be cut short, if my son wakes up early, or extended if he sleeps longer!<br>Jon adds new sessions all the time so I don’t feel bored doing the same ones over and over and you often don’t need equipment. I feel more motivated to do it knowing the session is already planned and I don’t have to make up my own workout!

Great variety in HIIT sessions. All exercises can be adapted for different abilities. Welcoming environment. Jon was happy to give advice on other areas of my fitness training to which I’m grateful.

Jon’s HIIT classes are brilliant. They’re a challenging but great full body workout which you can adapt to your own fitness abilities- he always strives to keep you motivated throughout the class which helps me massively. I feel so much better for going and would highly recommend!

HIIT Fit is a fun and energetic class, where you can work at your own pace and quickly see results. The classes are small and friendly and all levels of fitness. Definitely no feeling of intimidation that you would get at a bigger gym. Jon and Becky are great teachers too, who explain everything as we go. Highly recommend 🤩

I love Jon Morgan’s APT gym. I did P/t sessions with Jon as a family for 2yrs until an operation, work and college schedules got in the way but I’ve done hiit fit with him for over 2yrs now and I love it 😍 I’ve never enjoyed exercise (it’s a chore! 😩) but I actually love this class! I wish I could go more! I need to do the on demand to fill the gaps!!

I really enjoy the HIIT class. I attend Jon's session on a Monday morning. The sessions are always fun, motivating and if I sometimes struggle there are different moves and the whole group push me along.<br>I am now slowly going up weights with some exercises, and look forward to Monday mornings.<br>Jon also checks in regularly to see how I am getting on.<br>I just wish I had more time to be able to get to more classes.<br>Keep up the fab work everyone.

I have been using Jon’s gym on a ‘one-to-one’ basis for a while now and it has been so successful in improving both my general fitness levels and a particular problem that took me to Jon in the first place that I intend to join Jon’s HiitFit venture very soon I know that I will really enjoy the friendly classes and the high-intensity nature of the exercises will stretch me just a little more. I would recommend HiitFit to anyone whatever your fitness level is right now, it will certainly improve after just a few lessons!

I’ve been doing these classes now for just over a year and would recommend anyone to give it a try. You don’t have to commit to a certain number of sessions, you can drop in and out as it suits. Personal bench with all the equipment, small classes. Good value for money classes, first one is free. Excellent trainers.<br>Top Tip: Work at your own pace especially to begin with, increase weights etc when you’re ready.

I am really enjoying Jon's Saturday morning Hiit Classes. It's quite a unique environment as we all get our own benches plus our own equipment, and Jon tailors the workout to suit our individual levels.<br><br>My stamina and motivation has noticeably improved. Jon's boundless enthusiasm makes the class a lot of fun.

The HIIT FIT classes are great. Both Jon and Becky work you hard, but you feel great afterwards. Suits all abilities as they always give you options to make the exercises easier or harder depending on you capabilities. Give it a go!

Absolutely 5 stars for the Hiit training sessions, amazing environment and trainers, you get your own space and bench to work on and everyone is so nice, the classes vary from week to week to keep things different, and I feel so good when I leave there, the times are varied too for all, I wanted to start some Fitness and with a personal group and trainer you can do this here, highly recommend, thank you so much!

Great sessions, great coach and great fun. I started to do 1.1 training with Jon over a year ago and have a great workout every time. It is challenging and Jon tailors the sessions brilliantly.This encouraged me to join the HIT classes. The classes are welcoming and I love them.

Jon's classes are brilliant. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with space for just 8, so classes are small and intimate. No two HIIT Fit classes are ever the same. They are varied and interesting, with different ability options, so everyone is catered for. The 45 minutes whizzes by and you will feel so pleased you did it by the end. Give HIIT Fit a try, I'm positive you'll love it.

I love the HIIT classes. It’s always a challenge and I always feel great afterwards. Jon explains the correct technique so I know I’m doing the exercises properly, which I wouldn’t get training alone. A great find. 😊

Excellent level of care and professionalism. Go the extra mile to make both classes and sessions interesting and hard work but always with an injection of humour! Very supportive and encourage clients to push themselves but also remain aware of personal limitations. Highly recommended.

I’ve been taking part in the HIIT Fit class for a few weeks now and it’s so much fun… hard work but fun as well! I’ve noticed an improvement in my fitness, in just a few weeks I’m already attempting heavier weights. I’ve been made to feel very welcome by everyone and look forward to going to my class on a Friday.

Jon’s HIIT classes are really energetic and fun - Jon designs a really good workout which leaves you sweaty and smiling. You can go at your own pace too and adapt the workout on the fly to suit your fitness levels. I would recommend this to beginners or people who are active and fit.

1 to 1 training has been great with Jon. He has tailored my training originally to get fit and loose weight, then through my pregnancy ( I managed to train till 7 months) and now post partum getting back to it. I really could recommend him enough he has always put me at complete ease, but pushed me just enough ,especially coming back after having my daughter . Thanks Jon

I’ve been seeing Jon for training on a 1 to 1 for 7 years. He continues to motivate me to achieve my goals and training to me now is an enjoyable experience, something I would never have said before I was 50! Every training session is different which certainly keeps me on my toes!!! Thank you Jon for your continued commitment in what you do.
