What a brilliant experience! PT sessions are fab! Person centred! I have now started going to Jon;s HIIT Class's. I was really nervous at first, but Jon puts you at total ease, suitable for all ages and levels, What more can I say... Just fantastic!

Jon is a great personable instructor. We started our PT journey after the first lockdown in the summer of 2020. From the moment we started he was very professional and his wealth of knowledge and great personal skills shines through everything we did. From the workout routines, changing from being able to work in the studio to adapting to working outside (with covid restrictions) each session was individually adapted to my level of fitness that progressively helped and challenged me!!
Dare I say it was always a fun hour that I looked forward too and helped me through my week….this may have not always come across as enthusiastically as I might had hoped!!
I couldn’t recommend Jon highly enough.

Jon has been amazing to work with and I noticed a huge improvement in my strength and general fitness. I love our sessions as we have fun whilst make steady noticeable improvements. I moved to Jon's one-to-one sessions from a gym 5 years ago and have never regretted it. I achieve more in an hour with him than 3 in the gym. As I got older I found that I was working harder to maintain my modest fitness level and my heart sank at the prospect of trudging to the gym every week. With Jon I really look forward to my sessions and the varied and interesting routines. The hour passes too fast for me. When I suffered a serious knee injury he worked with me to gradually recover my fitness. I totally trust him and know that if he says I can do it, I can and will.

Jon is an amazing coach. Sessions are hard work, fun & tailored to you as an individual. What I love about Jon's coaching style is his honesty & sense of humour. I have had ups and downs along the way, Jon listens & helps you work through the downs to make a totally positive experience. I'd definitely recommend & fab facilities too.

I have been training with Jon for a few years what an experience it has been. His motivation on passing on his knowledge is amazing. The support he gives is not just in a particular session but at any time when needed along with nutritional information. The coaching sessions are full of fun but helping achieve individual goals. Jon has been my PT for many years and every week provides me with a perfectly-tailored program. He is highly-experienced, with a huge knowledge of training techniques and physiology, plus great nutritional and dietary advice. Workouts are holistic and they never get boring because he devises new routines all the time - he knows just how hard to push me to get the best results. On top of all this, he's really easy to get on with and a genuinely nice guy.

There are many personal trainers out there but Jon is not your average Joe. He’s everything you need and then some. Highly experienced, professional, motivated and personable. Great location, great facilities, great support, great encouragement and above all a great trainer. Unlike some, Jon lives and breathes fitness, the lifestyle, the nutrition and so much more. It doesn't feel like its just your journey, Jon gets on board with you too and makes you feel like your not only working out for yourself but your doing it to not let him down. Such a nice location, the main studio is relaxed and secluded and you instantly feel at ease and able to focus on what Jon is asking you to do, rather than whats happening around you. Works around any health issues or disabilities you may have (i know from personal experience)and really listens to what problems you may be living with or working around. You WILL see results with Jon, you will feel better physically but just as importantly he will get you on track mentally as well.

Really can't recommend Jon Morgan's APT highly enough.

From the moment I first started seeing Jon I could tell he was professional, knew his stuff and most importantly cared about my goals. Worked his hardest (even when at times I didn’t) with me and never gave up on me. All work was tailored to my ability and made harder (a lot) when I became fitter and stronger.

Training with Jon has been a revelation, it’s not just teaching you exercise skills it’s teaching you a lifestyle and how anyone can achieve whatever they want be it physically, mentally or emotionally and you are never alone on this journey. For me personally I truly believe it’s been a life saver meeting Jon and learning to trust him and his process which has helped me loose a significant amount of weight and to also keep it off.

I have been working with Jon for almost 4 years and he has taught me so much. I have learned to enjoy excersise, how to keep active and to make it a very important part of my daily routine. He has taught me about understanding the benefits of a good healthy diet too. I do have my slip ups but Jon keeps me grounded and is always there to offer suggestions and support. He listens to what I say and always comes up with great ways to challenge me. I also challenged myself to run a half marathon which I never thought I could do and had Jon's support all the way. I totally 100% recommend him.
