Priv @ The Works

Your Own Private Party Venue in Eastbourne

Finding the right venue for a smaller celebration isn't always easy. You want somewhere with atmosphere, but not a huge function room that makes your party feel lost. At PRIV @ The Works, the entire venue is reserved exclusively for your guests, giving you the freedom to celebrate without sharing the space with other customers. It's an inviting setting where everyone can mingle, catch up and enjoy being together.

Perfect for Parties and Private Celebrations

Whether you're bringing together friends, family or colleagues, PRIV offers an alternative to traditional function rooms and busy bars.

Private hire is ideal for:

• Birthday Parties - Celebrate with your favourite people in a venue that's exclusively yours.

• Christmas Parties - Bring colleagues or friends together for festive drinks without sharing with another party.

• Corporate Events - Host staff celebrations, client drinks and team get-togethers in a relaxed setting.

• Anniversaries and Special Occasions - Mark the moments that matter with a more personal gathering.

Drinks, Canapés and Good Company

There's no need to organise a formal sit-down meal to make your celebration memorable. Choose a drinks-only reception or add canapés, giving everyone the freedom to move around and enjoy the occasion at their own pace.

With cocktails, spritzes, wine, beer, spirits and premium soft drinks available, there's something to suit different tastes. The focus is on good company, a welcoming atmosphere and enjoying the occasion rather than following a rigid schedule.

A Little Gem in Eastbourne Town Centre

You'll find PRIV on the ground floor of The Works at 12 Station Street, Eastbourne. Alongside its everyday cocktail bar and brunch offering, this intimate venue becomes your own private setting when booked for an event.

Sunday private hire is available, and celebrations can run until 2am by prior arrangement, giving you more flexibility when planning your occasion.
