I was so impressed with Chris from Airtight. They fitted me in the next day after I requested an appointment for a service. Chris was so helpful. He completed the service, explained how the system works and helped me make a few changes at my request and also got me set up with the app to enable remote access to the alarm system. He was cheerful and punctual and tidy. I will be recommending this company and will definitely be using them from now on. Thanks Chris!

I can't praise the work and expertise of everyone I dealt with at Airtight Security enough. From the initial survey to the admin and the fitting/installation - everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering using them. The price, whilst on the face of it looks high, is actually far less than a mainstream company such as ADT. It was nice to support a local business and having taken out the maintenance plan it is piece of mind if anything were to go wrong.

I am happy to pay for a service but the extortionate cost they charge for batteries just makes me feel ripped off . A battery that the highest price I could fine was £25 they charged me £40 !!

Two cctv specialists listed in Checkatrade. Called one who said he would call back. I made three follow up calls and and left messges on the answerphone - no response. Then called Airtight who gave me a date for a survey. Survey carried out and new system installed. Excellent engineers who went to great lengths to demonstrate the new system and also loaded it onto my mobile. Delighted with the workmanshipe and the results. I have no hesitation in recommending Airtight Security Systems.
