It was a very good place to stay just off sea front and pier which made it a bit more peaceful also easy walking distance to town.
No WiFi in rooms but down at lounge able to access.

Location and bed was surprisingly super comfy- also had a window view to the pier.

The hotel and the staff are amazing...very welcoming place to stay and very helpful to provide etc fan and looked after our luggage despite we check in later and check out also...amazing Team work

Excellent value for money very friendly staff great room, maybe when we visit next bring a fan.
Great stay, room was spacious just really hot at night making it difficult to sleep and leaving the windows open we nearly had seagulls fly in the window on several occasions.
How hot the room was. It was stuffy and hard to sleep.

Cheap but could be better
Stopped for one night after I'd finished walking the South Downs Way and was glad of a comfy bed. Nice view from my window of the sea front and not very noisy
The bathroom smelled of urine and had not been cleaned properly. The whole property was outdated and scruffy in places

Just a minor niggle that I wasn’t able to have the specific room I had requested in advance however I appreciate they were very busy and we were only staying one night. We were accommodated in another balcony room but I missed having a bath!

Weekend in Eastbourne
The staff were all very polite and helpful. A good location for the pier and seafront.
Unfortunately there was scaffolding from our bedroom window which was no fault of the hotel .

Great value stay, very close to beach
Great for swims in the sea, so close to the beach. Lovely staff, couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Lift to help with luggage and they are happy to store it. We had a room you can see the sea from which was clean and comfy. Late check in - 11am was appreciated, I got in an extra swim this morning!

The location was superb in front of the pier. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't provided but another hotel serving breakfast very near was offered instead.
