Location was great, parking permit a bonus if you can find a space!
Communal areas and room decor was very tired, bed not very comfortable, thinnest pillows I have ever seen.

Poor bar selection of drinks, only one very little bottle of shower gel which wasn’t replaced when room was cleaned, and the same for the tea and coffee was not restocked.

Lovely hotel.
The location is perfect, the staff are SO friendly and welcoming, and the public areas are comfortable. It was a little noisy owing to its location, but it didn't bother me. The room was clean, comforting, and stocked with plenty of items like shower gel, loo paper, soap, tea coffee milk, and sugar. I will definitely stay again!!

Friendly and comfortable perfect for my over night stay
I was welcomed by very friendly staff. The entrance felt welcoming.
The accommodation was very roomy. With plenty of storage space. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There was tea and coffee making facilities. A very pleasant stay. It was a bit noisy at night. Although it was a hot, summers Friday night! And it wasn’t too inconvenient.

Fantastic hotel. It's in a prime location for the beach and only a short distance to Thev Beacon shopping centre. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was supplied with soap and bath wash. Similarly the bathroom was clean and adequately supplied with loo paper. The in room tv was big and on a good location, offering me the chance to view tv whilst in bed. Tea and coffee making facilities were plentiful supplied with milk, tea and coffee. Fabulous stay!! Will definitely be booking again soon!!

The property was so clean and had everything you need the people that own the hotel are so nice and we had a lovely time and we are going back in august

One light in room did not work. Soap dispensers were empty, but soap and shower gel provided.

Location , staff very helpful stayed here before price was cheap at the time weather was great close to everything just cross roads too Beach and pier , town 5 min walk

Great Location over looking the seafront.
Excellent customer service, the staff were very friendly, funny and helpful. I will defiantly be staying there again. It is also in a great location as it is within walking distance of the town and the train station.

Good. The hotel met my needs for a one night stay.
The location of the hotel is central and near the seafront. The room was clean and adequate for my needs. The hotel represented good value for money at the price paid.
The hotel is slightly run down and could do with some investment. There was no breakfast offered. The room I stayed in was basic.

Great hotel in a fantastic location.
The staff were brilliant and very helpful.
Could do with some beer behind the bar as they had 5 pumps and only 2 working.
So I went for the wines and Spirits.
In room 5 and is was very clean. Plenty of clothes storage in a large wardrobe and plenty of drawers.
Highly recommend..

Went with a coach trip. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean and adequate. If you are on a tight budget this hotel gives value for money. Rather noisy location.

The location was good for getting around but many undesirables hanging around late at night and into early morning
But obviously, this is no fault of the hotel!
Reception were happy to supply a hairdryer and a fan ( which we were grateful for on the hottest day of the year !)
Shower gel, soap, toilet rolls , tea and milk topped up.
Our room (112) had a lovely sea view and directly opposite the pier. Room / bathroom would benefit from a deep clean.
Perhaps they were short of staff ?
Only supplied with 1 small bath towel each ...would appreciate a couple of hand towels.

A stay in Eastbourne
It is in excellent location. 2 mins from the pier and seafront by walking.
Room and shower as required. Good budget place to stay for a few days.
Nice lounge area. Parking only £2.40 a day.
Will stay again. Wifi in lounge area. Works well.
