I am pleased to announce tha Essex Dementia Care are once again, taking part in the Colour5k fun run. This year’s event will take place on Saturday 30 June 2018, at Ardleigh Showground, Colchester.
All standard personal care products - shampoos, shower gels, body lotions, deodorants etc. - are make from a cocktail of synthetic and chemical ingredients.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS is a common condition affecting the digestive system, that causes cramps, bloating and other unpleasant symptoms. The symptoms vary affecting some people more severely than others, the effects can last a few days or even months, often due to stress or eating certain foods. IBS is believed to affect up to 20% of the population and usually develops between 20yrs and 30yrs of age and is more common in women.

We have 2 dementia activity centres in Chelmsford Christchurch New London Road every Tueday and Broomfield village hall every Friday.
