It was lovely to be a part of the first Carer Connect meeting last Monday. All those that attended had a fun time of getting to know each other. They took part in a how to relax session and were encouraged to try the technique at home.
It was agreed to meet up again on Monday September 7th at 1.30 - 3.30pm to be held at the Elim Church, Manor street, Braintree CM7 3HT
