It's been eight years since National Butchers Week was founded, Meat Trades Journal wants to promote the skills of butchers throughout the UK. How have they done this? By making the week exciting and setting up various activities that get people more involved with their butchers.

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) is providing funding to help organisations in the UK host an Armed Forces Day event this summer. National Armed Forces Day which this year falls on Saturday 27th June 2015.
