Ive to this cinema a number of times since it opened and Ive always had a good experience. Its clean, has comfy seats and the staff are friendly.
So why 4 stars not 5 you may ask, well that is because of the parking. People who use the cinema shouldnt have to pay for parking. Why cant they reimburse tickets inside. The free parking over the road in the crown wharf car park after 6pm has STOPPED. Its 24hr charges now.

A great cinema - clean and tidy (no sticky floors!)
Staff are friendly and it’s great that there is a personal touch with people introducing the film and always staff available to help if needed.
Great deal with the unlimited card as not only get to watch as many movies as you want, but also discounts at food places close by

Lovely cinema with reasonable prices tickets especially before 12am! Prices of refreshments are standard for a cinema but if you buy a popcorn and drink combo you can refill for free during the movie which is basically but one get one free !
There is a car park that is pay and display and plenty of places near for food such as TGI Fridays, Subway and Frankie And Bennys .
There is a retail park just over the way with Asda, Smyths, TK Max and more. There is also a hotel about two minutes walk away.

This is a really modern cinema.very clear inside and out, it seems busy here but the device is quick, great food selection lots the chooses from, you can choose where you sit and it's comfortable not to cold like a lot of cinemas, there are a lot of screens here with good time slots l, you can park directly out side but it's about £1.40 for 2 hours, lots of places to eat after

Really lovely, clean and comfortable cinema. Really is what Walsall needed. There is a fully licenced bar seperate from the snack kiosk which is nice as you can have a relaxing drink before or after the film starts. They have cocktails too! Parking across the road is free in the evenings after 6pm which is great. Prices are competitive but decent. They have a family ticket which is great too.

Don't need the random guy at the start of the movie telling us ... About phones etc lol people just forget what his said once his said it as everyone starts messing with there phones. ... Well priced for a movie one thing I hate with cinemas is sticky floors and rubbish, it appears the staff do an excellent job with the condition of the area. However everytime I go in the men's toilets you have to play a little game called guess we're the soap is ... You need to be check all your soap dispensers are full. Overall the best cinema I've been been to in my opinion.
