Good cinema. Decent screens and sound. I had a terrible experience with a rowdy, disruptive family who ruined the movie for me but the staff understood my situation and gave me free tickets to another movie. They resolved it in the correct manor in my opinion though I am still questioning why babies are aloud into a cinema to begin with.

Made a mistake on booking so tried in vain to see if I could get to watch the film a day later. Eventually got in touch with the manager Andy and he sorted it. First class customer service!

Brilliant cinema been coming here regularly with my partner since it first opened. Only downside is that there's no free parking.

My first visit yesterday, & I must say, 'impressive' a fair ticket price & the auditorium itself was well planned, with seating going up in rows, so no matter how big someone's head is in front, you'll get to see all the screen. £2 to park for 3 hours not bad either. The only downside, maybe they should put some seating or comfy sofas along the corridors upstairs as folk were just standing around for ages. And they got plenty of space up there. Overall, nice experience, will be going again.

Cinema is great, but parking is pay and display, so have to guess how long you will be... Had to leave before film ended as I guessed wrong... Either need to tell you time film ends or have parking pay on exit!

Richard is a great manager, always very polite,food and drink a little overpriced ,but the one thing I would love to see is the counters upstairs being used so we don't have to waste time going all the way down for snacks and drinks
