It's a really nice cinema chain with an indie feel. Could do with a little clean up as it's a bit shabby in places as well as seats are a little stained in some of the screens.

Took the grandkids and enjoyed the film. Only problem the child in front of us did nothing but talk loudly through out the film. I think this spoiled it a little for my grandson but maybe the child had some kind of problem? I don't know but I tried to explain this to my grandson that sometimes we have to try and be tolerant of other people's behaviour, as the child wasn't being naughty. Otherwise plenty of room and appeared to be clean.

Only fault is the price of drinks at bar, nearly £9 for a large glass of wine, and the cleanliness and usability of toilets. Lots of ladies toilets do not flush, some catches are missing from doors and often unclean. But staff are lovely here.

Great place shame you have to pay for parking even if ur going to the watch a film that's the only downside everything else really staff really nice, they only take card at the moment which is annoying but im sure they will go once everything goes back to normal

We come here on a regular basis and although the pick and mix is expensive as there would be anywhere in any cinema the staff are lovely they are kind and friendly and always have a smile on their face the cinema itself is fairly large it’s got decent screens upstairs they could do with having two sets of men and women toilets if you’re in one screen it’s a little bit of a walk and you’re not missing some of the film but that’s nothing against them it’s more a personal preference

Parking was easy, but that might because we went on the afternoon. Comfortable seating, good sound system. Only issue is with the cost of the snacks. Cost more for 2 grandchildrens snacks than the cost of the 3 tickets. The nachos they didn't eat as they were too soggy so went in the bin on the way out. Do if I go again I will take our own snacks.

First time I’ve visited this cinema since I went to college in Walsall - fantastic service & lovely staff. My friend was too drunk (let’s be fair) and they still helped find his lost phone. Thank you!
