I visit the Light regularly and always find the staff very friendly and helpful.
On my latest visit though I was shocked about the state of the upstairs ladies toilets. Several in a row had not been flushed, there was no liquid soap in the dispensers and it was almost pitch black in there with very limited lighting on.
This is not up to your usual standard of cleanliness and needs your attention and action please.
Thankyou.

What all cinemas should be! Excellent location, good parking and friendly knowledgeable staff.
New seating arrangements by the bar very welcoming and comfortable, a first rate change to improve the facility to even higher standards.

Regularly attend this cinema, it is clean comfortable, has great picture quality and good sound.
They don't just play new movies, but documentaries and golden oldies that everyone knows and loves too.
Parking is pay for on arrival and for the most part enough, however during peak times extra parking can be found across the road at the wharf shopping area for those who don't drive the train station is just a few mins away and bus station and stops are a short walk away.

It's great having a cinema again in the middle of town the tickets are very reasonably priced aswell. we've been many a time since it opened and we really enjoy going there. It's also got a bar inside aswell don't know what that's like as we've never been there but overall it's a great place to visit when there's films you want to see. After we went a couple of weeks ago it's surprising how much room there is inside now that they've knocked the wall down that divided the pub from the cinema so it's much more open planned. They have since stopped doing the free refills on the popcorn and soft drinks, we were told that they made a huge mistake with that offer and have since learned their lesson and that was by a member of staff. If you go of a Friday night they have a retro games night where you can play on the old consoles ranging from the Xbox, PS1, Game Cube and a few others aswell you pay a small fee of £2 it runs from 5 - 10 and you can play for as long as you like.

Did not even know there was a cinema here. Went to see Devil wears Prada 2. They're also showing cult classic films. The seats are very comfortable. I felt ticket and snacks prices were a little expensive (but I guess that's most cinemas).
Note:
Car park is pay+ display
Blue light card can be used
Venue is cashless

The complex it's in also has a few restaurants and across the way is Crown Wharf shopping, which has a good Asda Retail outlet. If you're going over there after being in the cinema/having a meal and have enough time left on car park ticket, don't bother move your car as its another paid carpark, it's literally a 1 minute walk.
Definitely recommend Walsall Light, staff lovely and polite.

Went on Wed for their special offer of ticket + 12" handmade pizza for £15 to see 'Project Hail Mary' which is really good value

Great service at the bar and the Pizza Margheritas + Jalapenos was just fantastic!

Good quality screen 2 and comfy armchair seats, fairly quiet and not too many distractions ie. mobiles, coughing etc.

Recommended!

After having won the excellent fortnightly film quiz, I left my debit card and power bank. Went back the next day, and despite the busy period the staff took the time to help me find my belongings.

Tip top customer service that is reflective of the high quality experience you can consistently get there.

I can't remember names but it was two chaps who were on duty midday on Mon the 2nd of March.

We usually go in the school holidays and use the meerkat deal on a Tue or Wed.
The staff are nice & the seats are comfortable.
They have a retro gaming night on Friday evenings.
The parking is a bit expensive though. 🙂

Over priced cinema. Cost £40 for 2 adults and a child, seats weren't recliner or anything special. We didnt get food so cant comment on that. But for the money youre better off going to an odeon luxe.

My favorite spot to have some quality time to reset and relax. I go here 2-4 times every week, unless I've watched everything ha. Staff are amazing, extremely welcoming and always smiling. Love this cinema, important part of my life and routine. Wouldn't change a thing. Keep it up 😁👍

Brilliant cinema. They show all the current releases plus some of the all-time greats, as well as plays, musicals, and other special events. The food options are much better than any cinema I've been to as well. Plus they run retro gaming and quiz nights. It's a real community asset.

Nice cinema. Clean and comfortable seats. I tend to watch films on the later viewings. Never had a problem here.

Nice enough cinema to catch a film, they do morning showings and accept Meerkat codes so that makes them alright in my book. Good screen and sound, fairly comfortable seating, reasonable prices.

There's a decent sized carpark outside, but I didn't use it after reading many horror stories about the operators scamming motorists.

Great service except the bald, short bloke scanning tickets. Didn't seem to want to help and watch a woman with a walking stick struggle. The rest of the staff were spot on and great with service
