Admission prices at Taunton Town, which have not increased since 2007, are again

remaining the same for the forthcoming season, with a discounted price available for season

tickets if purchased before the end of July.

The price for an adult season ticket, giving entry to all home Evo-Stik League games, will be

£90 if bought by 31st July with the cost being £110 thereafter. Students and senior citizens

will pay £55 and Under 16’s £20 if they purchase by this date, with prices being £65 and £25

respectively from August 1st onwards. Matchday admission will continue as £7 for Adults, £5

for OAP’s and students and £2 for children under 16. Students will need to show appropriate

identification to take advantage of the reduced rates. Taunton are also introducing free

entry to League games for children under the age of 12 on condition they are accompanied

by an adult.

The club have also decided to switch their home midweek games back to a Tuesday for

the 2012-13 campaign after changing to Monday nights last season. Although crowd

numbers were very respectable for Monday evening matches, the move back to a Tuesday

was favoured by both new manager Leigh Robinson and the club.A club spokesman

commented:” Moving home midweek games to Tuesday allows extra recovery time for

players and provides an extra day for pitch preparation which is especially important with

more potential games taking place on a Sunday next season.”
