This Neurodiverse Week, Learn with Vern is celebrating inclusivity in driving education by highlighting that their instructors are trained in neurodiversity. Recognising that learners have different needs and learning styles, the school ensures all students receive supportive, personalised lessons that help them gain confidence and competence behind the wheel.

Neurodiverse training equips instructors with the skills to adapt teaching methods for learners with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other neurodiverse conditions. This means lessons are structured, clear, and paced appropriately, allowing students to progress at their own speed in a calm, supportive environment.

Learn With Vern believes that driving should be accessible to everyone, and their inclusive approach is designed to:

  • Remove barriers
  • Reduce anxiety
  • Build independence on the road

Celebrating Neurodiverse Week is a way to acknowledge the importance of understanding, patience, and specialised teaching skills in empowering all learners.

By highlighting their neurodiversity-trained instructors, Learn With Vern demonstrates its commitment to equality and high-quality education. This week, and every week, the school continues to support learners from all backgrounds, helping them achieve the confidence and skills to drive safely and independently.
