Is Your School Open?

In a week where many Somerset pupils have enjoyed an unexpected extension to their school holiday, Somerset County Council has asked for updates from schools that close due to bad weather.

Whilst schools make their own decisions whether to close or remain open, they are now also being asked to send an update to https://slp.somerset.gov.uk.

The Somerset Learning Platform website https://slp.somerset.gov.uk features live information on school closures. Schools can also add details about when they are likely to reopen.

The website allows instant access to any updates issued by schools across the County. It is refreshed daily.
