In a nutshell, we want the NHS and benefits system to consider the specific needs of cancer patients, so that they do not have to personally bear the cost of their treatment. We want the health service and social care services to treat the person, not just the disease, and we want cancer treatment and care to remain a priority for the Government.

If you want to support local people affected by cancer by making cancer care a Government priority, then visit our website on: http://www.macmillan.org.uk/GetInvolved/Campaigns and help us create a future where no one has to face cancer alone.
