Helping businesses develop  managers who are confident and able to coach and support their young employees to develop, grow and contribute effectively to their business.

Coaching4Impact is a structured development programme designed to help businesses get the best from their managers and new, younger employees.

Running over several months, the programme combines practical training, personal development planning, workshops and ongoing support.

Managers learn how to better understand, coach and develop their employees, while employees have the opportunity to identify their strengths, set personal development goals and build the skills they need to adapt and succeed at work.

What does the programme involve?

  • Manager training: Initial training to help managers coach and develop their teams.
  • Personal development: Employees complete assessments and create their own Personal Development Plans.
  • Group workshops: Face-to-face sessions for employees to develop teamworking skills and encourage learning and development.
  • Ongoing support: Regular buddy group sessions and webinars to share experience and learning.
  • Measuring progress: Follow-up assessments help managers and employees quantify progress and relate changes in how employees deal with tasks, situations and people to changes in what they achieve.  .

Why take part?

Investing in your people can help improve  staff motivation,  performance, wellbeing and retention across your business – positively impacting your bottom line.

Coaching4Impact offers a structured approach to employee development, giving managers  the opportunity and know-how to enable their young employees and teams to flourish, raise their ambition and achieve their potential.

Programme starts: November 2026 & runs for 12 months
