The family run Barista’s Shed began as a humble coffee trailer, bringing great coffee and brewing culture to Suffolk. In May 2023, they opened their roastery and café in Sudbury, where they now roast their own beans and welcome coffee lovers from Tuesday to Saturday.
Jose and Johanna pride themselves on sustainability and quality, sourcing green coffee beans and roasting each batch with care. The café is warm and relaxed, often with vinyl records playing in the background, creating the perfect space to enjoy a proper cup of coffee.
