Tia runs Pawsome Raw, supplying raw dog and cat food, natural treats and supplements. The shop also stocks toys, leads and accessories. It is a great place to visit with your dog, as they can explore and have a good sniff. Every dog is welcome.

Joseph James offers one to one personal training in a private studio. Sessions are tailored to each person’s goals, whether that is building strength, improving mobility or getting fitter. The studio is peaceful and distraction free. He also offers online coaching and a small number of private memberships where you have the whole gym to yourself. The studio dog, Darcy, provides extra motivation and the occasional cuddle.

Joseph-James is also fundraising for East Anglian Air Ambulance. In 2026 he will run the London Marathon and climb Mount Kilimanjaro in memory of a friend.

Saving Grace

Saving Grace Nails and Beauty

Saving Grace sits in Unit 15 at the South Suffolk Business Centre. This December marks one year since opening, a year of shaping nails, creating neat brows and helping people take a moment for themselves.

The salon offers builder gels, hard gels with extensions and gel polish. Nail art is a popular request and a big part of what makes the work fun. Pedicures with gel toes are also available, along with lash and brow treatments and waxing.

All appointments are one to one. This keeps the space calm and allows time to unwind and chat. Quiet appointments can be arranged if you prefer a more peaceful visit.
