Guinness World Records have accepted the application for the record attempt of the fastest time to fillet a salmon at the Taste of Sudbury Food & Drink Festival on Sunday, 14th June.  Nick Barrett of Scutchers of Long Melford will go up against Mark David of The Cooking Experience to see who is the fastest and go for the record.

The food festival will take place on the Market Hill and in St. Peter's in Sudbury promoting local restaurants, eateries and food producers with a diverse range of food available to try and buy on the day.  There will be demonstrations on stage throughout and this year there will also be demonstrations inside the church.

The event is free to attend and there is a free park & ride from the Delphi Car Park on the day.  For more information including the programme of events, exhibitors and sponsors visit www.tasteofsudbury.co.uk.
