Loopfest, which takes place in Shrewsbury over the first May Bank Holiday weekend (01 to 03 May) and is one of the biggest music festivals of its kind in the UK, has announced its official charity partners for 2026.
Tickets are now on sale, and two acts have been revealed for Shrewsbury International Comedy Festival’s (SICFest) flagship gala show at Theatre Severn next summer.
For the fourteenth year running, Evolution Productions - helmed by Telford’s own Paul Hendy - has delivered yet another hilarious, warm-hearted, and truly special pantomime to Shrewsbury, or should I say ‘Shreeeewwwwssssbbbburrrrry!’
Music legends Reef and Ash are set to rock a stage in The Quarry park in Shrewsbury next year as part of Loopfest, one of the biggest festivals of its kind in the UK.
Following a successful run over the summer Shropshire Drama Company will once again be performing two shows of John Godber’s comedy Bouncers this autumn.
Final preparations are underway for the Mayor of Shrewsbury’s Fizz & Canapés evening in The Dingle taking place on Friday 19th September, with members of Shropshire Youth Theatre completing weekly rehearsals ahead of a live performance in The Dingle later this month.
