I started CrossFit just over two months ago and have not looked back. It's both mentally and physically challenging but this high intensity exercise totally suits me. I feel stronger and generally fitter and am much more motivated. The gang at CrossFit Shropshire are one of the best groups of people I have ever met. Watch this space Gladiators!

Fantastic gym. All staff are great. Before joining the gym i had no body confidence, no energy. Since starting my pt sessions with Ross Crosbie I have lost over 2stone, gained confidence, and can even go the gym on my own. Roas is a very professional personal trainer with lots of ideas and challenge. Very highly recommended.
