It is nice to be able to talk to a person on the telephone as it seems to be everything is going to online chat or even an AI bot.

Great experience dealing with Matt (Maidenhead office )sorted a great price out for my t32 transporter (£300) less than another company straight talking no flannel easy to deal with also Victoria for sorting out the plate change with no charge a couple of weeks late thanks guys

I called and spoke to a lady called Fiona D(yke). Fiona was amazing, asked me loads of questions about the van which no other companies hadnt so I felt comfortable I was properly insured for the modifications I'd made.
I spoke with Fiona a few times, despite being slightly more expensive than one other company I went with Howdens sold mostly on how helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and positive Fiona had been throughout.

I found that talking to a knowledgeable person face to face was so much more reassuring! I received a comprehensive, competitive quote which was just what I had hoped for!
