Ian and Kevin were super efficient and helpful, dealing with my home and content insurance query. The right balance between gathering necessary information and speed. Their obvious knowledge gave me great confidence and the experience was far superior to online sites. Everything they said would happen, did happen and well within the suggested time frame. Storm Amy damaged our garage on the 3rd October. A difficult situation was made easy by the employee who dealt with my case. They were helpful and explained everything in a manner that was understandable. As well as when problems arose they helped sort them.
