This was the first time I've dealt with Howden and overall it was a very good experience. Vicky was very helpful on the phone and follow up e-mail communication was prompt and clear.
My only concern was that one day the phone was left unanswered, but based on the rest of my dealings with Howden, I'll assume this was just a one-off.
Would be happy to recommend.

Howden Insurance found me an acceptable home insurance policy which I was in great need of since, despite having made no claims, my previous insurer had increased their quotation for another year by a very large amount.
