I am happy with the service I had, but very disappointed that I was told to download the Howden app, which I thought was to upload all the documents needed to send to them for taxi insurance. My two older tablets would not download the app. I bought a new iPad costing £750.00. I downloaded the app prepared to upload all the documents to find out , there is no settings to upload documents , they got to be emailed to the company, and the app is only for viewing your documents.
