When our house was flooded recently, a very traumatic experience, and being at a loss to know what to do, we contacted Howdens who deal with our home insurance. We spoke to Paige who immediately took control and set the claims process in motion and gave us all the reassurance, advice and support we needed. Over the next few weeks she kept in touch with regular phone calls, her response to our many concerns being 'leave that with me, I’ll sort it' and she did without fail. She was our shining light in what was a very difficult time for us and we could not have asked for better support.

Always trouble-free with Howden. I've been with them for nearly 20 years when they were A-Plan. I emailed my usual contacts when I needed to get a quote for another car, but they're in renewals, so they arranged for Georgina to email me back, which she did. Subsequent phone calls later and cover was arranged. No hassle, no call centres and efficient service. Many thanks to Georgina - and Mark & Ash also during renewals time - they're all excellent.
